Frequently Asked Questions

Orders:

We book orders on 50% advance deposit??. Rest 50% cash ?? deposit is when your item is in Pak. After full deposit, your item will be sent via TCS . We don't have any refund policy but we do exchange if there is a defect Product quality can easily be assessed from my IG highlights and reviews- i only sell 1:1 and give honest feedback about product copy and only sell what I would be 100% confident wearing myself :)

We will put your item back in stock - usually after you TCS it back to us, wait for it to get sold and then reorder a new size for you. Usually things sell within a week or

2. However if your items doesn't sell after 2 months, we adjust that amount in your new order in 2 parts. Mehreen believes in a transparent and easy process where the monetary burden is shared by the client and us :)

Sizes:

Usually all our shoes are standard EU sizes between 35 and 41. So whatever your size in tory or Zara is, the same is going to be with us - except for louboutins where you have to go up a size. For Clothing, I need your shoulders, height and weight to order a size. In cms and Kg please.

Orders for outside Pakistan:

The payment is going to be made first in full - through WU. Convert $$ to exact Rupees amount if using WU/transferwise/wire transfer as they give a low conversion rate. Your items(bag) will be sent without boxes because with boxes customs might confiscate them. Shoes, jewelry and belt come in boxes though. We send it out through EMS/DHL/Fedex and send you a tracking slip. You will be able to track it after 4 to 5 days and it will reach you in 21 working days (sooner for DHL and Fedex).
